Srila-Saraswati-Thakur-two

The Highest Relief Work

Śrīla Bhakti Siddhānta Saraswatī Ṭhākur defines true compassion: spreading Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Translated from a Bengali quotation
published in Śrī Gauḍīya Darśan,
Volume 1, Issue 4,
Tuesday, 15 November 1955.

Transforming a soul’s divergent taste is the one and only duty of the greatest amongst all compassionate persons. If you can bring to life even one person from within the fortress of Mahāmāyā, then by doing so, help to others infinitely greater than building innumerable millions of hospitals will be effected.
